Broadstone SoBro Traffic Impact Study – Many of the study intersections and streets near the Broadstone SoBro multifamily development were projected to experience significant peak hour congestion. To mitigate development impacts on these facilities in a constrained right-of-way environment, Burch placed special emphasis on addressing anticipated parking and loading activities with signage and wayfinding recommendations in addition to including significant multimodal improvements around the site.
