– 1501 Herman Street Temporary Traffic Control Plan – Construction of the 1501 Herman Street multifamily development in Nashville’s Fisk/Meharry neighborhood required the development of temporary traffic control plans. Burch assisted the construction team with creating a TTC plan that met all MUTCD and local requirements and included relocation of a fixed route transit stop, sidewalk closures around the site perimeter, temporary signing and striping for safe traffic control, and assisting with Metro Nashville coordination for various permits.
