Mulberry Downs – In tandem with the approval of a residential development located off Dickerson Pike in Nashville, Burch conducted a MUTCD signal warrant analysis. The study focused on the need for a traffic signal on the state highway under existing traffic conditions, with additional background growth in volumes, and after the proposed development was complete. In addition to recommending a new traffic signal, Burch also analyzed the need for additional capacity on the intersection approaches following the proposed modifications to traffic control.
