3rd and Madison Signal Design – As a condition of approval for rezoning the ROME development property in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood, construction of a traffic signal at the existing all-way stop intersection of 3rd Avenue North and Madison Street was required. Burch oversaw the development of the traffic signal design plan as well as the pavement marking plan at this location.
